I was a registered user of Intel Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Linux with my old email address, which is not working now. I was told by an Intel Support person that my old account was deleted because of no access for a long time.
The person told me that I have to create a new account, and I did it. But I could not register the serial number because I encounter an error message like "the serial number has been already registered."
My point is to recover my purchase history so that I can download a new license file for the product (and possibly softwares). The old license files does not work now.
I used a previous link to download the license file. But I could not receive the file; I am guessing the system sent the file to my old email address.
