OneAPI MPI redistributable installer

I'm using the redistributable installer w_mpi_oneapi_p_2021.1.1.88_offline.exe is it possible to install silently without user interaction?  Particularly in the case where it has been already installed I'd like it to complete silently without user interaction (my users are having issues getting past the "Modify" button that gets shown).
