Where is my License?

Hi all,

I just downloaded Quartus Prime Pro 20.4. When I try to start the program, it directs me to connect to the licensing center.  But that's not helpful. do I need to pay for the license? Intell allowed me to download but no other information is available.

help is appreciated.

Past the 30 day trial, the Standard and Pro editions require licensing.  The Lite edition does not, but the edition you use all depends on the device you are targeting for development.  You can learn about licensing here:
