intel driver & support assistant

Este aplicativo  driver  atualizaçoes, "intel driver & support assistant",  Esta impedindo 

que o USB seja ejetado com segurança , ja deixou dois hd externo no formato RAW, 

desinstalei e reinstalei mas nao resolveu, agora deixo como esta na imagem, desativado.

Como  este problema pode ser resolvido ?

In order to better assist you please provide the following report and information so we can move forward.


-Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU)

 

Download link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

 

•          Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information

•          By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".  

•          Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".  

•          To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

 

Use the option under the reply window to attach the report to the thread (Drag and drop here or browse files to attach).


- Can you please confirm how did you determine that the cause of the USB not been able to be removed safely was because the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) was enabled in the background?
