I have attached the final BIOS. This should be installed using the jumper-based BIOS Recovery process.
Intel provided BIOS releases in .BIO file format. They specifically did not provide BIOS releases in formats compatible with flash programmers as this was insecure. If your board is not capable of operating in the BIOS Recovery mode, then you are out of luck.
