совместимость модуля памяти (R2208WFTZSR/xeon 6130/64*4

Добрый день

Имеем в наличии серверную платформу Intel Original R2208WFTZSR с установленным процессором Xeon Gold 6130. При первой попытке установить память MTA36ASF8G72PZ-3G2E1 64Gb DIMM ECC Reg PC4-25600 CL22 3200MHz получил ошибку fatal error: system encountered a stopper error. Поставил другу память, прошил биос материнской платы до последней имеющейся версии. Теперь при установке MTA36ASF8G72PZ-3G2E1 уже получаю ошибку fatal error: (memory) no memory detected. Должна ли данная память вообще работать в данной конфигурации? Спасибо всем кто откликнется...

MTA36ASF8G72PZ-2G9E1 64GB (1x64GB) RDIMM, DDR4, 2 Rank, 2933MHz
