2 Xeon X5650 with S5520SCR

i build the beklow system, based in S5520SCR:

but ,, when i turn on the computer, chipsets become too hot ant goes very very slowly at point that is about 1hour to install windows

i changed the mother board but happens the same

Installation Instructions:

 

Step 1: Hold the heatsink with other hand

 

Step 2: Start first screw with only a couple turns

 

Step 3: Start second screw (diagonal) with only a couple turns

 

Step 4: Start third and forth screw with a couple turns.

 

Step 5: Repeat 2 - 4 until reaching maximum 8 inch pounds of torque.

 

Note: Do NOT over torque beyond 8 inch pounds
