2 sockets Broadwell vs 4 sockets Opteron

is it possible for a E5-26xx v4 in a 2s board to compete equally against AMD Opteron 6344s in a 4s board?

Checking Specs results (mainly CPU2006), I found several e5-26xx skus that easily double the Opteron 6344 ratings in all aspects, running on all chips, would that be enough to compare the performance of both systems?

Or am I completely misunderstanding Spec results?

I'm sorry we cannot compare the Intel processors with AMD, if you need to compare these processors you will need to do it through a third party website, perhaps you can try this website:
