Do ANY 604 socket processors support Intel VT technology?

I have an older used SE7520BD2 board with (2) Xeon 2.8 800Mhz which do NOT support this technology. I am wanting to replace these processors with ones that can support HyperV on my Server 08 standard. I recently had P1 overheat and server would not post bios until it was removed. I am at the point to upgrade or move on.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
