Hello,

I am following up on your case in order to verify if you performed the BIOS update to the latest version on your system. Also, as additional information I would like to recommend the following:

  • Resetting processor
  • Single processor test
  • Swap processors
  • Update the FW to the latest version and clearing the CMOS right after that

I will be waiting for your outcome in order to proceed with the next step.

Best regards,

Experiencing this issue as well on S2600WFT servers and already using

Version: SE5C620.86B.02.01.0010.010620200716
Release Date: 01/06/2020

Is the recommendation to use latest version and/or has a fix been discovered to what the possible issue could be?
