AXX4DRV3GEXP on S5520HC efi update fail

hi guys

trying to update AXX4DRV3GEXP to ver 2.14 and have following error

ERROR 005: Update failure. [.\fwpiaupd.cpp line 371]

ERROR 004:

Microcontroller not found in system. [.\fwpiaupd.cpp line 1582]-?????

ERROR 038: Get version error.

[.\src\fwxfer.cpp line 434]

what i'm doing wrong?

Did you connect the 4-pin IPMB cable? Please follow the instructions in http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-030394.htm S5500 based pedestal systems backplane and RAID Controller cabling guide. Also take note that you'll need to run the correct .nsh file based on which HSBP connector you're using.

Yes, indeed as Edward stated above, you will need to have the ipmb cable connected correctly.

Make sure you are not connecting the ipmb cable to the ipmb connector on the board. This is something different.

There is no need to have ses or sgpio cable connected connected.
