Hello everyone,
I just opened a new S2600STBR board and it's missing the I/O shield, it has everything else, just no shield. Can someone point me in the direction of getting a shield?
Thank you

Hello RSump1,
I hope you are doing great, thank you for joining the Community,
I understand that you got a brand new and the I/O shield was not included, based on the specifications it should have come with one. How long ago did you purchase the unit?
Based on our warranty policies, we recommend you go back to the place of purchase so they can replace the unit if it has been less than 30 days ago.
Please let us know if further support is needed from us.
Regards

I did go back to the reseller and what told I am out of luck. I do not want to deploy the board without the i/o shield, so the only option in front of me is to eat the cost of the board and purchase another one.
