Hello,

I have set the fan acoustic mode in the bios and the system fans remain at full speed.

There are no warning lighs on.

Temperatures appear well within the limits.

The FW versions are:

BIOS - SE5C600.86B.01.08.003

BMC - 1.17.4151

ME - 02.01.07.112

SDR - 1.08

Windows 2008 R2 std

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

LA

Which chassis are you using? Did you apply the latest FRU/SDR and choose correct chassis/fan configuration?

I have a P400M Chassis (P4308XXMHGC).

I thought I had updated the FRU, but apparently it did not take. I tried it again and it resolved the issue.

Thanks for your help.
