Good day.

I have a problem with BMC. We bought intel server with S2600CP motherboard. i configure bmc with using this instruction http://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/motherboards/server/sb/g54899001_s2600cp_p4000cp_sg_rev14.pdf http://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/motherboards/server/sb/g54899001_s2600cp_p4000cp_sg_rev14.pdf

I enter ip address via Intel®Active System Console for all interfaces (with different IP), and still can't connect to BMC web interface. How can I solve this problem?

Hello StanislavStryukov ,

You could try https://downloadcenter.intel.com/downloads/eula/26296/Intel-Server-Board-S2600CP-Firmware-Update-Package-for-EFI?httpDown=https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26296/eng/S2600CP_EFI_BIOS02060005_ME020107328_BMC0127r9958_FRUSDR111.zip Intel® Server Board S2600CP Firmware Update Package for EFI and if it does not solve the issue try the BIOS recovery instructions.

Additionally, please let us know which Bios and BMC versions do you have and also which ip are you trying in this case as default and what changes have you made in order to try different scenarios.

Best regards,

Caesar B.

Hello,

You should be able to configure the BMC Web Console in the BIOS to be able to access using your web browser. It should not required to use the Intel Active System Console portal.

For more information you can refer to the following document.

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/000006023.html?wapkw=rmm4 RMM4 User's Guide

Additionally, our Intel support team can provide side by side configuration if needed. Feel free to contact our http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html Technical Support Department for further guidance.

Best regards,
