Hi,
In the BMC panel we have server health status blinking in amber state (failure) but all sensors state to OK.
What can be an issue for this ?

Hello lukintel,
A health status blinking normally is with none critical component. The best option will be to first provide us with the Model of server board been use with the BMC.
Also, I will recommend to remove the cover on the server and verify on the system board for any yellow or blinking light.
If there is anything else we can help please feel free to ask.
Best regards,
Henry A.

Hi Intel,
Our server is Baseboard Serial Number is BQWL60150237 and Board is Product Name S2600WT2.
When looking physically on the server there is RED led light near the MGMT port of the server.
This is the only problem. All sensors health status are good according the threshoolds.
How can we clear this alarm ?

Hello lukintel,
Thank you for all the information provided. This particular is part of a set of LED, could you please open the cover and provide me with a clear picture and verify if any other amber light is on the board.
Also, you can find this on the TPS:

Hello lukintel,
I understand the server been in production. Please try to plan some downtime because it is really necessary to for diagnostic. We are still checking the BMC but there no information found at this time.
I will continue working on the logs, but please plan some down time to open the server.
If there is anything else we can help please feel free to ask.
Best regards,
