I had to replace the board and processor in my existing Windows SBS server. I combined an S1200BTLR board with a E3-1220 processor and 8Gb (2x4Gb 1333 ECC 240 UDIMM) memory. At boot up I get the following beep sounds combination: 2-1-1-2 Does anyone know what kind of error issue I am experiencing here?

I don't recognize that beep code, but it is also possible that you are getting some beeps from USB devices. See http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-031822.htm Server Products — Not all beep codes signal an error
Does the server stop booting after the beeps, with no display? If so, the best thing to test is, temporarily remove the memory and all USB devices, then boot up, and make sure you get only three beeps.
If that works, check your memory against the http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-032418.htm Server Products — Tested memory and hardware list
