Blinking Amber indication in front panel of JFQJR Server , what does it indicate?
I've checked bios for memory error but it is fine , there is no error in event log.
Flashing Amber is a non-fatal error.
Should be something in the SEL.
Fan error, non redundant PSUs, etc.
Amber LED in front panel starts blinking when all cores are used at the peak.
Is it indicating that CPU is getting hot or what ?
It is possible that the light goes amber if the temperature has exceeded the threshold set for the processor(s).
