CPU Upgrade E5-2640 to E5-2650 V2

Hi guys,

i need help. We have the intel mainboard S2600GZ and our supplier says to us, that we need the BIOS Version 01.01.1002 for the CPU Upgrade. On the Intel Download Site i can't find this Version of BIOS. By other Version the server show no screen and no BIOS. The server starts only with E5-2640 CPU by each BIOS Version of the Intel Site. Have anyone this special Version?

in the Syslogs i don't find any information of an error. Maybe it's up to the revision of the motherboard for this error. Can you tell me what revision i have?

The P/N is DA0S6GMB8C1 Rev C. My suppliers says that i need rev 2.1 for the Ivy Bridge CPUs. On a BIOS Chip is S6G BIOS CS BD5B Rev 1.02.0005.

When i have the rev 1.02 than i buy Sandy Bridge CPUs with 8 Cores. No problem.

We wanted you to share your system logs so that we can check what software version different components of your hardware are running on. i tested with every BIOS but it doesn't work. Finally i have choose another CPU combination. Now works with 2 Intel Xeon E5-2670. Thanks for your help.
