Can't install Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise x64 on SE7501HG2

Installation indicates that hardware is not capable of supporting 64 bit OS. Is this do to a setting or is the server board incapable of running a 64 bit operating system?

I don't think the processor or board supports 64-bit OS. 64-bit support started from Xeon processors with 800Mhz FSB.
