I have recently made a workstation PC which comprises of an Intel S5520SC motherboard housed in an Intel SC5650WS chasis. The motherboard has 2x 4-pin fan headers which are used by the CPU fans. However the chasis has 2x case fans each of which having 4-pin connectors. Is there any way I can connect these fans to the 6-pin fan headers?
You will have noticed from the above message that I am a novice at PC building therefore please excuse my ingorance on this matter!

Connect the CPU fans to CPU fan headers, and connect the chassis fans to Chassis Fan headers 1, 3 and 5. Yes you can connect the 4-pin connectors to the 6-pin headers.
See the S5520SC http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/s5520sc/sb/CS-030233.htm Quick Start Guide back page for details.
