Component Unfit - Message from Intel Modular server

The Modular Server MFSYS25V2 (firmware 11.6) leave server modules and find it again after I reinserting. Do you have anybody same problem, and solution for solve it?

The IMS log was:

In your case, it seems to me the switch module has some error, and that may cause Component Unfit error on other components.

In your case, it seems to me the switch module has some error, and that may cause Component Unfit error on other components.
