Controller with SCSI-3 PR?

Hello!

I bought a server and i need to build a windows 2008 cluster, but to make this the specifications requires SCSI-3 Persisent Reservations to the cluster disk. I know how to deploy this via software, but I dont want to pay another license. So, i'm wondering if its possible to create this disks with a controller. Is there any controller who does this ""job""???
