Our customer reported they have deployed several R1000 servers for broadcast service, they said the issue was occurred one time on 3 servers, this error was being asserted during 3 months from at that time. Can you please let me know if it's the DDR memory issue or do we need to RMA it? Thanks

2. Error: occurred "Correctable ECC. CPU :2, DIMM: E1. - Asserted" > - D2E Server S/N: FGBU5455065

Hello Gavin,

Please provide us with the Intel Server Board model so we could provide you with further options.

Meanwhile, try another RAM module on this server in order to find out if problem persists.

Hello Caesar,

Thanks a lot for your response, sorry i'm on business trip these days and respond to you later.

Yes, we are going to replace the DDR module to see if the error messages still come out or not, since the server is located in the customer site so that I still haven't got the server's mainboard serial number for your reference, the server model is R1000, and the part number is R1208GZ4GC. Thanks

Best Regards,

Gavin
