Hello Wu_Akong,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
The Intel® RAID Web Console 3 can be installed on Linux, but Debian 12 has not been tested for it. It is compatible with Ubuntu Family, SUSE Linux Family, Red Hat Linux Family. You can download RWC3 for Linux here (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19042/intel-raid-web-console-3-rwc3-for-linux.html?wapkw=Intel%20RWC3).
Here is an Intel® RAID Web Console 3 installation guide (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000031764/server-products/sasraid.html).
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Steven G.

Many thanks for your response, Wu_Akong.
After researching about this, what we recommend is installing the Intel® RAID Web Console 3 on the operating systems indicated as compatible (Ubuntu Family, SUSE Linux Family, Red Hat Linux Family).
Let me know if you have any concerns.
