D845GVSR - Bios update failed

I upgrade a bios on D845GVSR mother board. But unfortunately the electricity was disconnected . After 10/15 minute the electricity came back (I did not connect with a UPS), then I turn on the system.... but I did not found any thing in my screen (no signal from Mother board). So please advise me how I can recover my bios and system to back running condition.

This is the server community. We'd like to help, but the desktop community probably has a lot more experience with desktop boards than we do. Did you try my previous link?
