DBM10JNP2SB is not working

Good day. I bought motherboard DBM10JNP2SB  with parts: CPU Intel Xeon E-2244G  , memory DDR4 Samsung M393A4K40CB2-CTD 32Gb RDIMM ECC Reg PC4-21300 CL15 2666MHz .

I installed processor and memory, and use integrated video. I saw that coler on CPU is worked, but I saw no signal on monitor after turn on power .

What happens?

We recommend that you check the following:


What is the number of DIMMs installed in the system?

Try booting the system with minimum configuration: CPU and 1 DIMM installed on A1.

Have you tried using another VGA cable and/or display?

Since the processor has onboard graphics, have you tried using the DisplayPorts* available on the board?

Are you getting any beep sounds?


Are you using a chassis validated by Intel? Please refer to Table 14. Reference Chassis Compatibility List.

I'm sorry for long time.

I installed one DIMM in the board on A1.

Have you tried using another VGA cable and/or display?

Yes, and I tested with graphic card and with out this.

Are you using a chassis validated by Intel?

I tested motherboard without chassis.
