Disabling USB kills remote KVM on MFSYS25 and MFS5000SI - How to re-enable?

I had to temporarily disable the USB ports in the bios on an MFS5000SI in an MFSYS25 chassis. After doing so, I learned that this also kills the ability to use keyboard or mouse via the remote KVM, too. Is there any way to re-enable keyboard & mouse functions without powering down the compute module and using the jumpers on the motherboard to reset to BIOS defaults?

Thanks,

Jason

Seems the only way is to clear the CMOS by jumper...
