Does the S5500WB BMC require any configuration or components?

Does the S5500WB motherboard BMC require any configuration or components (CPU, Memory) to be able to access it?

Just received a new one and can't get into the BMC. Does not seem to get an ip address from DHCP and also I don't now the default IP address.

The board is never used so if anyone knows the default IP address that would be great.

I don't have the correct memory yet so no point in trying to boot into the BIOS.
