Does the XCC Uncore Performance Guide apply to MCC?

Hello everyone, I need some help. I'm considering buying a new workstation (or server).

As you may know, the Uncore Performance Guide is available for Intel's 4th and 5th Gen Xeon Scalable products, but it only covers XCC (Extreme Core Count) models.

My question is:
Will the Uncore Performance Guide for XCC also apply to MCC (Middle Core Count) products?

I look forward to your feedback. Thank you
