Dual Processor based system output

Is dual CPU base system configuration is a better solution? up to what percentage output can expect of (200% Ideal?).Any affected factors to reach ideal maximum output?

Thanks, we are planning to use for vision inspection(image processing) with multi-thread operation.

previously we used Dual Xeon E5-2667V4 with supermicro motherboard.now planning to build for similar vision inspection with Deep Learning.

Information on the best system to achieve the best use for Deep Learning.The best option will be to contact a local Intel Re-Sales.https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/find-a-reseller.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/find-a-reseller.html This because you could be looking for a 2U or more bigger server. Type of memory you might want to use. And the storage if you like to use an Internal Software RAID controller, or if you want to use a Hardware RAID Card. Thanks for the update, I was looking Processor performance.Anyway, I am planning to build single CPU(Gold 6154) with high-end GPU(1080Ti, 8G/11G series) and will try to analyse performance.
