What's inside the box of a retail E-2414 Xeon (BX80715E2414)? Does it come with a bundled heatsink as it says here?

We appreciate you reaching out to us regarding the reported issue. Upon checking, there are articles for Xeon E3-E5, E7, and Legacy series where it stated not include with heatsink.

However, for Xeon E-2414 is not on the list and you could check with Intel Distributor or Reseller for the inside box package.
