Regarding your enquiry about Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2660 v3 support TPM, please be inform that TPM is typically not integrated into CPUs like the E5-2660 v3. Instead, TPM functionality is often provided by the motherboard via a discrete TPM chip or firmware-based TPM.
You may want to refer link below for product specification for this E5-2660 V3
Also, may I know what system and motherboard are you using with this processor? Please be inform that some server motherboard offer TPM support which can be enable in the BIOS/EUFI firmware settings. Please refer below for your own reference:
