Dear sir,
Intel S1200BTL motherboard, core i3-2100 processor, 4GB-DDR3/1333 Mem which is ECC UDIM, the status LED star blinking with amber light,
according to docu it shows the following error :
Non-fatal alarm – system is likely to fail:
CATERR asserted.
Critical temperature threshold asserted.
Critical voltage threshold asserted.
Critical fan threshold asserted.
VRD hot asserted.
SMI Timeout asserted.
Can you please provide a solution for that.

Do you get any display on the screen? If yes, apply latest http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=20049 BIOS/firmware. If not, check the pattern of the 8 diagnostic LEDs:
