Checking to see if HTML5 for the BMC is supported with an RMM4LITE2 on a S2600CWR board.
The RMM4 notes seem to indicate it is.
It shows the board is supported and HTML5 is supported.
https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/server-products/rmm4-tps.pdf
But I also came across a forum post that says BIOS version 2.00 or above is required.
Which does not appear to be available for this board.

Hello Trooper,
Thank you for joining the Intel community
What you state is correct. According to this article How to Access BMC Console Through iKVM over HTML5 (intel.com) the RMM4 is capable to access the BMC console through iKVM over HTML5 but it requires a BIOS version 2.0 or higher in order to become available. This board S2600CW is a previous generation board and no 2.0 BIOS version was ever released, and most likely it will never be. Unfortunately the only KVM console option for your board it is the java applet one.

Thanks for the confirmation.
Not a huge deal.

Hi Roman
I am not sure I understand your question.
I got that information from the RMM4 web page.
Your question asks about getting the information in my “Mail”.
There was no Mail involved.
I just copied the info from the web page.
Sorry - Maybe I am misunderstanding your question.

Yes, the RMM4LITE2 on the Intel S2600CWR board should support HTML5, as per the RMM4 documentation. However, HTML5 support often depends on having the correct BIOS and BMC firmware versions. The note about needing BIOS version 2.00 or higher likely refers to compatibility or features introduced in later versions. Since your current BIOS is SE5C610.86B.01.01.1029, which is prior to version
2.00, you might need to update your BIOS and BMC firmware for full HTML5 support.
