Help to choose correct server power supply

Hi The Server Room :: I want to build a web server, but I do not know what is the correct power supply (wattage) for this server motherboard, Intel S5520HC Server Motherboard - Intel Chipset SSI EEB - Socket B LGA-1366 - 96 GB DDR3 SDRAM - Serial ATA/300.

And what is the correct heatsink&fan for this microprocessor Intel Xeon DP Quad-core E5520 2.26GHz Processor - 2.26GHz - 5.86GT/s QPI - 8MB L3 - Socket B LGA-1366Hope someone can help me to obtain the information. Any kind of observation is good.Thanks and Best Regards !!!!

For the heatsink, depends on which processor you choose. Fortunately, the list at http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-030213.htm tells you the correct order code down at the bottom
