Hi Team , We have server s/n BQB972490037 Intel KP/2660/192G Each/Rails At the bios we get red error lower critical about 6 fan 0 RPM To the best of my knowledge there are no fan install at that location.

Seems like the FRU data is wrong. Please go ahead and update FRUSDR with both FRU and SDR. We will wait for your outcome.

Hello ODavi2,

 

During the BIOS update procedure, the last section is for updating the FRU and SDR info. The questions are pretty straight forward like SN#, chassis model. You want to make sure you go through this process selecting the correct information. After the process is completed then reboot the system.
