How I get a DIMM channel model (s-paramter)?

Hi.

I want to a get a channel model for signal in DDR5 RDIMM, UDIMM or SODIMM.

To get a SI(signal integrity) feasurebility, I have to check the s-parameter for each signal which is injected to DIMM input. (CA<n:0> or DQ<n:0> or CK_t/c)

With the channel model, I'll check the PHYs performance with a DDR5 IBIS model.

Where can I get a above information?

The NDA is already contracted between Intel.

Hello JoseH,

I looking for a model supporing for DDR5.

In case of Server system, it may be a Emerald or Granite.

Also for Client system, it may be a Raptorlake or Meteorlake.

The worst case of channel model is preferable.

And my company is Samsung Electronics.
