How can I know MTBF of intel components?

Customer wants to know MTBF of some intel components.

How can I find out MTBF of following components?

1. S7200AP

2. S2600BPB

3. S2600WF0

4. Intel OPA Director Class Switch 100 Series-24 slot chassis

5. Intel OPA Edge Switch - 100 Series 48 Ports

6. INTEL OMNI PATH STANDARD REACH PASSIVE COPPER CABLE

7. INTEL OMNI PATH 1:1 OPTICAL CABLE

8. Intel(R) Xeon Phi(TM) CPU 7250 @ 1.40GHz

9. Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6148 CPU @ 2.40GHz

10. INTEL® OMNI-PATH HOST FABRIC INTERFACE ADAPTER 100 SERIES 1 PORT PCIE X16 LOW PROFILE

I'm still investigating in regards to the MTBF for Intel(R) products. Below are two of the boards wit the information requested:

 

 

S2600WF Family = 217,242

 

S2600BPB = 351,554

 

 

Still missing information for S7200AP and CPUs.
