How can I upgrade my video card so my computer will perform well

My video card is Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family and it doesn't working well everytime I played games. I would like to know if there's something that I can download so my computer will perform better because my cmpter base score is only 3.4. Please help me.
