Trying to use the warranty tool on the web page, but cannot seem to locate the stocking ID or part number. Tried various combinations of what is printed on my label under the model number. Please see attached. Thank you.

Hello PStoe,

Thank you for joining the community

Try using this number in the stocking ID / Part# field: G98362-001

It should come up. I tried and it worked for me

Hope it helps

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, none of those elements appear to be the Part # or Stocking ID. I tried them all in the online warranty tool.

Thank you for your help. Indeed, that number did work. However, the "G" number on my board is G98401-250 and I am curious if that makes a difference in the warranty.

Hello PStoe,

All these different PBA numbers are related to different revisions for the same product. It doesn't make a difference for warranty purposes. You can check this document for different PBA available.

Thank you for the additional information. I was finally able to submit my request to Intel for review. I would not have gotten that far without your help.

Best regards,

Paul
