Hello,

Our best recommendation is checking the :

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/boards-and-kits/000006023.html User Guide for Intel® Remote Management Module 4 (Intel® RMM4) and Integrated BMC

Basically we recommend checking that the configuration you have is correct. If so, there is a chance the module is defective and you will need to contact our support group to replace it under warranty:

Hello,

thank you for your quick response.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, but the http/https service was disabled by myself using the web console.

I initially thought I could just re-enable it using SMASH console or IPMI, but I just couldn't find a way to access the http/ web service settings. The RMM4 User guide does not consider this case. I guess the only option is a factory reset using SYSCFG. Or what method do you recommend resetting RMM4 to default settings?

Hello,

Your affirmation is correct, the way to reset it is using the SYSCFG. Here are the commands:

- Reset System Configurations: /RestoreFirmwareSettings or /rf

- Reset the BMC: /ResetBMC or /rbmc
