I have an R2308WFTZSR chassis with the A2UREARHSDK2 (Dual SSD drives in cage, installed in rear bay above power supply). I2C & SGPIO cables connected. I am not able to locate on the M/B where the 6 pin POWER cable this plugs into.

Please refer to the R2000WF system integration and service guide. In page 90 it will show you the exact location for the peripheral power connector (6 pin) that you are looking for.

Thank you Jose. For anyone else that is looking for this, its against the right edge. It is under the plastic fan duct, and also may have to move the backplane cable for the hard drives.
