Hi all,

can anyone confirm that "https" connections are in comparision to "http" connection quite slow?

Comparision is from establishment into the GUI and also clicking around after the login.

Looking forward for any reply.

Hello, Mike_Wiesbaden,

Thank you for reaching Intel Communities. I will gladly help you.

Please let me know what is the motherboard model. Also, please explain how much slower it is when using HTTPS, and add any details that might help understanding what is happening.

Best regards,

Allan

Hi Alan,

thanks for trying to help.

Attached there is a short video which provides a comparison.

In the meantime I am looking for the motherboard model.

I would provide the Baseborad S/N to you directly if via email, if I may.

Kind regards

Mike

Hi Allan,

here is the info you asked for:

Manufacturing Date : 2018-03-13   20:12
Manufacturer : Intel Corporation
Product Name : S2600WT2
Serial Number: BQWL81050---
Part/Model Number : H21573-372
FRU File ID : FRU Ver 1.00

How much slower you asked?

See the video from my other post too.

In numbers I'd say 0.25 seconds (http) vs. 11seconds (https)

I really hope that you can provide some information.

Thanks

Kind regards

Mike
