Intel ASC doesn't seem to upgrade

I installed ASC on a new server and realized I had installed an old version. I installed the new version over the old one and opened up the webpage. Everything looks the same and when I go to help/about within the webapp I see the old version info. I tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried rebooting. Is there something getting stuck?

Hello riwinokur,

I am sorry for the inconvenience you have encountered with Intel ASC,

But let me gather more information to be able to help you.
  • Server model (Motherboard).
  • Intel ASC version that you started with and then the new version installed.
  • OS Version.

If there is anything else we can help please feel free to ask.

Best regards,

Hello riwinokur,

I just wanted to follow on a case that is still open with the issue "state issue here summary", we know that this is important for you to get it resolved and it is also equally important for us to get you the right solution. Since we have not seen an update for 7 days, the case will automatically close after 2 business days.

Best regards,
