Intel Centrino Bluetooth Adapter Windows Server 2008 R2 Drivers

I have downloaded the latest drivers for Win 7 for a small USB Bluetooth adapter that worked in Windows 7.

I tried to install them on Windows Server 2008 R2 and get the below message. Has anyone been able to install the driver successfully?

The parameter is incorrect.
