After disk drive failure server beeps simultaneously to note that there is a problem. After replacing the disk online, the array was succesfuly rebuild but the chassis is still beeping. How to turn off beeping without machine restart?
During a rebuild, the tone alarm stays on. After the rebuild completes, an alarm with a different tone will sound. To manually stop the beep, launch RAID Web Console 2, right click on the controller and select Silence Alarm.
