Intel MB S2600WF POST "Fatal error: (MEMORY) memory not detected! E8h

The system freezes during POST startup. unable to enter BIOS. tried to reset the BIOS. The memory module is tested for compatibility with this board. On another identical server, this memory module is running. The system is new, help me figure it out.

1. Can you please provide us with the model of the memory that you are currently using? 

2. Is this a new installation?

3. Have you tried to test different memory on your server board?

4. Can you please provide us a screenshot of the error message?

 

Please try testing the system with the minimal configuration and check if the problem continues.

Hello SergioS

thank you for your answer.1.We try to use 32 Gb DDR4 2666 RDIMM Crucial Memory CT32G4RFD4266.36FD1 and CT32G4RFD4266.36FE1

2. Is this a new installation? Yes this is new installation.

3. Have you tried to test different memory on your server board? Yes we try 12 modules

4. Can you please provide us a screenshot of the error message? See attached pictures

We try testing the system with the minimal configuration 1 CPU 1 memory, but nothing has changed. We can't get to BIOS.

pls help

If you have tried different memory modules on your system and they work on an identical configuration, the problem can be related with a bad memory DIMM(s). Follow the memory population rule for your system:
