Hello TMeng1,
Can you please provide to us an screenshot of the error message that you are getting and also, let us know when you are getting this error?
This error message can be related with a bad hard drive that is connected to one of the ports, we do recommend to check if all the drives are working.
Best regards,

No, I found the failing, non-recoverable drive, replaced it and we are good. Knowing that we were going to lose all data, backed it all up, replaced the failed drive and a suspected failing drive with NEW Cheetah 600GB drives. The reason we had to remove and rebuild the array is that the new Cheetah’s were 11GB smaller in size when recognized by the RAID controller, and as you all know, you cant add a drive that is smaller into the array. Remove and rebuild was our only option.

Sergio, after all was done, I am receiving this along with some Warnings with Predictive Failurues on Device ID’s. I am now receiving:
Controller ID: 0 Host driver needs to be upgraded : to enable max MSIX vectors.
Where is this actually coming from and what driver needs upgraded?

Hello TMeng1,
The predictive failures usually are warnings related with the hard drives, Can you please let us know where are you seen this error and warnings? If possible please provide us with an screenshot.
Additionally, please let us know the part number of the hard drives that you are using.
Best regards,
