Hello inusr,
Hope you are doing fine.
Let's try with one processor first.
Then please perform a CMOS clear by using the jumper J1D1.
Update the latest firmware by following thishttps://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19672/?product=46544 link.
Then access the BIOS settings again and if it works add the second processor.
Please let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hello inusr,
According to the image sent, you have the version 101 yes but, may not have the FRU and BMC updated as the date showing is not the same to the latest, we need you to perform the complete update again using one processor and the lowest configuration
Best Regards,

My steps:
1. Insert 1 proc E5430. Only one.
2. Clear cmos by jumper (power off, change j1d1 from 1-2 to 2-3. power on. 10 sec.power off. change jumper from 2-3 to 1-2. power on.)
3. Update BIOS101 + BMC66 + FRUSDR48
4. Power off, power on.
If all good thne insert secons proc e5430 and see.
All right?

Hello inusr,
Can you try to perform the BIOS update using EFI?
Then perform a clear C/MOS and clear SEL in the BIOS, then test again.

Hello inusr,
Yes, please proceed with the update.
We recommend you to read this https://downloadmirror.intel.com/19672/eng/Software_Update_23_Instructions.txt file.
And that is correct according to the model, that board should be compatible with E5430 Processor.

press f2 to enter setup.
so, i updated then inserted 2 older proc.
during update, jumper bmc_force_update is 1-2.

Hello inusr,
Try a CMOS clear, by the jumper, and into the BIOS use the 'Processor Retest' option.
