Intel S5520SCR and Case (chassis) Intel SC5600BASE how to disable Fan?

Hello. I have MB Intel S5520SCR and Case (chassis) Intel SC5600BASE. Currently connected Fan1, Fan3, Fan5. How how to disable Fan3 and Fan5? I do not need Fan3 and Fan5. When i disconnect Fan3 and Fan5 then Fan1 and CPU Fan speed 100%, become very noisy. How to say MB that I have only one fan and not three fan?  Please help me.
